How Lodging Works
The way we have worked lodging and what seems to work for us is to set aside a block of rooms in various hotels for participants so that we can all stay together during the trip. You are free to find lodging elsewhere in the vicinity but the kickoff of each day will start at the designated hotel.
We have secured the following hotels for the trip. Please contact them and make sure to mention the specific name of our group when calling each hotel.
